Warning, this probably seems a bit esoteric, but i had to share:

So yesterday, I stared planning some of the modifications to my bike, got a bit frisky and tried lowering the stock handlebar to see how it handled. While in the process, i knicked the paint on the scramblers paint and just about had a heart attack..

Later, i went for a ride, and had a chat with a gentleman owning a BMW about how much he loved my bike. he oogled it for a solid 10 minutes. Dude.... I GOT PLACES TO BE!! ;)

Later that day, I took my close friend of mine for a ride, my first passenger ride on this bike. I went into the twisties and and was so surprised. THIS THING RIPS. maybe its because I just got my first service, but wow, did this thing love the backroads. I've been on a sportbike before this, but i felt like i was ripping hard and faster on this sucker.

after, i took her to go to a famous soft-serve ice cream stand, as the sun was setting.

Coming home from this whole experience, I thought, WOW, I LOVE THIS BIKE. I was so thrilled at my purchase. I hate to sound cheesy, but it gives off this vibe of "enjoy the moment, because you only get it once"

Anyone else have a cheesy experience like this?

YEAH this thing is crazy! my only negative so far is that i feel the footpegs may be lower to the ground. with my size 11 feet, unless i consciously put my feet higher on the footpeg, i scrape in the corners... maybe i'm just riding harder than i ever have befbore haha.

My first mods will be
tail tidy w/ integrated tail signals
new front sigals
lower handlebar
headlight cowling
windscreen
