So I was hoping to get the bike out this weekend...nope...

Did an oil change 2 weeks ago and haven't started it since. It sits in an underground garage so safe from the elements and relatively warm. The garage is not heated but it's fine to go down there now in a hoodie and be comfy for hours...

How often do you folk start your bikes? Is it fine to just turn on for a few minutes or do you ride it around for a few minutes?

I'm new to this whole thing and yes the Italia is my first bike.

I don't start mine at all. Tender for the battery, full fuel tank with some Sta-Bil and a cover.

Just keep it on a battery tender and hold off cranking until you're ready to ride. This slow start to Spring sucks for sure, we're in the 30's here with a freeze warning. Hang in there!

So here I am complaining about the weather and then I stumbled upon this post from exactly a year ago. Seems it wasn't any better than it is now, so I'm gonna shut my mouth and focus on getting her fully ready for the road instead
