That is 100% fake!
DO NOT buy it under any circumstance. It's just some generic can with an obviously fake, low quality Arrow sticker on it.
Fleabay special at it's finest.
AVOID.
At the very best, it's a dodgy photoshop job of an upcoming pipe but it doesn't match Arrow's current designs.
Edit: I concede that I am apparently wrong. Arrow are just outputting some cheap looking products now.

Are you kidding... that logo/sticker looks like a piece of crap. I like GP Style exhausts but that is the cheapest nastiest looking thing I have seem come from Arrow.
They need to fire their graphic designer Immediately.

Yeah, I was very disappointed when they released it. There was a video that looked quite nice, but this looks like they started out with a 6" length of pipe, welded 1" chunks on as they went along to figure out how to best fit a tall beer can on the end. Pretty sad.
