Now maybe it's the region of south florida, but the battery doesn't seem very strong. Anytime I have to do a 2nd immediate start, it barely turns over. For instance, after fueling, I sat on the bike started it, put it in gear and it died because the kickstand was still down :bi_polo: . Upon, restart, it barely wanted to turn over.

Anyone else with questionable starting moments?

I'm doing fine but I am on a conditioner most of the time and ride fairly often.

Compared to my other bikes the starter (or battery) seems feeble. When I first got it, sometimes it barely turned over after standing for a few days - this prompted me to always keep it attached to an optimiser at home. Don't think I'd trust it to start after standing for a while unattached, but I've been away on hols with it and it's never let me down.

I love the sound it makes with its whirring wheezy whine. (Like the alliteration? ) Reminds me of those old Pratt and Witney radials on WW2 aircraft....
The thunder from the full Termi when it fires adds to it though.

I have had constant feeble starting problems. Have replaced the battery once, and am on my second top of line battery tender. What gives. John Hayman
