Here'so my full throttle with the emblems removed and some temporary decals in their place. The seat is also temporary, my upholstery guy should have my single racing seat done in a couple days. Add the Zard high pipe on its way and I think I'm happy for a bit.

That looks pretty sweet!!! I was just tossing around the idea of removing the emblems and panels on my Icon and replacing with lettering, came up with this photoshop version.

That looks great. When you take the panels off though, it's pretty ugly underneath. A couple of welded brackets and whatnot.

I was hoping that was not the case haha, oh well. Are they easy to remove? On your bike the dot above the DUCATI 'i' is a fastener I take it? I bet the Urban's red X would look good over that on the black bike.

Yeah, I was thinking about going with the urban enduro emblems in the future. Or possibly this vintage one over the fastener....

I like the Linux take on the style of lettering, more modern

Having said that BMW did something similar in the 90s on their bikes, GS mostly

Yeah it was an idea I saw on another bike, maybe the Dakar. It's not possible without some body work as merlin mentioned. I do like the lettering he's done on his.

My silver ducati logos are just some cheap die cut vinyl ones I got off ebay. They are only temporary as the bike needed something there...looked too plain bare.

It sure is Shmakt, Did you do the seat yourself, like the two tone,
Hi Elvisto, no, I had it done by a local specialist, extra foam added to front section, then shaped to a much better 'fit'.
A lot more supportive and I sink into it a little which is great for holding me in place - opposed to that huge ridge the FT seat had previously.
Cover is a basket weave and plain leather look finish. The 2 tone works well with the carbon fibre wrap on the tank, and I also have it on the front mudguard, speedo bezel, and under side of speedo.
Next is the ceramic coating for the pipes.
