I found water under the fuel cap and the four screws rusted after a good ride in the rain the other day. The drain hole was completely blocked. A quick trip to the dealer and they cleaned everything up, opened the hole and replaced the screws. ~US$1.00. Anyone else had this problem? Anyone, anyone, Beuler?

No, but I believe it's the bolt under your arrow on my bike that's rusty as all get out, while the rest look new. I think there may be another thread somewhere.

Mine did to the point of not been able to open the fuel cap due to vacuum, took it to Ducati and they put 2 new pipes on and said they had been crushed when my tank had been painted. Cost £34.

All fixed now. All they did was to blow some compressed air through the hose to clean it up. I'll just keep an eye on it. I never had the tank off and it's the first time I noticed it.
