I have been having problems removing some bolts from my 1100. I have used good quality tools but they just round off in the Allen or Torx heads.
I have researched the problem on the interweb and found that a company called Wera have addressed the problem and designed their tools to suite.
I have just ordered some off Amazon so will see if they work.

I use an iPad so have difficulty posting links, but if you YouTube Wera there are reviews on there.

Your talking about Hex Plus that pushes on the flat not the corner?

Snap on have been doing it for bolts (spanner’s) for 20 to 25 years

I had a set of Halfords hex plus keys about 15 years ago that was the same but in reverse

I assume the Wera is similar?

I thought the Wera pushed on the points and were concave on the flats.
Don’t know about Snap On never used them, but have Halfords socket type Allen and Torx. Never heard of hex plus before so it’s a revelation to me.
