Brackets to mount a saddle bag like this one . . .

I found this military style bag online for about $13. It measures 13" x 14" x 6" and certainly looks the part.

Anyway has anyone found any brackets that are generic and don't come with Ducati's $349 Classic bags or their over-branded enduro bags?

If anyone is interested in these items, and no I don't sell them or have an affiliation with the e-tailer send me a PM or start a conversation and I'll let you know.

I think Givi will be coming out with brackets for the Scrambler soon. Some other manufacturers are coming up with sets of panniers as well.. But nothing will be cheap until China or India decide to jump into the game.

So your best bet now is to look for your local welding and machine workshops and come up with a custom solution.
You also don't want the Ducati bag hangers. They are only designed to hold 1.5 (exhaust side) and 3.5 kg (chain side) each. They are weak.
I wonder if a local shop could fab something like this Blaze bracket:

Givi's a step ahead having it up on their website already (GIVI PL7407 Pannier Rack - but there's no pictures, price tag, or any idea of when it'll be available. My hope is soon, because my little velcro-across-the-top-of-my-seat bags are starting to sag inwards toward the wheel more and more as they stretch...

Numbercruncher, I like the look of those bags. Where did you get them?
seems like there's a picture now!

altho you will have to move your rear turn signals it seems.

A problem with the scrambler is the angle of exhaust blowing directly into the right side bag. Better to have a high mount exhaust or custom slip on to exit exhaust air safely.
OMFG, that is plain fugly.
Seriously. At this rate, probably have to go the custom route. Aftermarket takes forever and when they finally come out they are either disappointing or ugly. Why must we always choose btwn function and design? :(
Although from the side view the Givi bags look better than expected.
How rigid are the bags?
