It is a Scrambler that has been converted to a flat track racer. No front brake.
The tail section looks like an aftermarket one. Looking at it it has no padding and I expect it would literally be a pain in the a*^e to have fitted on a bike that you we going to sit on for more than a few laps of an oval racing circuit.
The fork protectors are off an MX bike that has far more suspension travel than the Scrambler.
The spoked rims are not original and I would say the front rim is 19” rather than 18” and the rear is 18” rather than 17”. That is why the bike is sitting slightly higher off the ground.
The rear sub frame appears to have been removed or at least modified.
