Next time you're on your bike notice where your leg is in relation to the cam covers. The exhaust prevents you from getting anywhere near the belts.Im waiting on my Rizoma gauge bracket now. Moto wheels is about the slowest place I've ever ordered from. I like those belt covers too but don't know if I'm brave enough to try them out. I keep seeing my pant leg getting wrapped up in a belt.
Stuff I've ordered from MotovationUSA is in hand within 4 days. The one thing that wasn't they emailed me back in an hour and told me it was on back order and would i like to wait 3-5 weeks. I had to email moto after 3 days of order sitting in "processing" to find out i was waiting on a shipment coming in to then send the part out "early next week". Thursday isn't "early next week". Ordered 1/22, part shipped 2/2, estimate arrival 2/10. :BangHead: Meanwhile my front end is stripped down waiting on parts i though i would have in a couple of days... Atleast its winter and riding days are few.I agree it seems to take Motowheels forever to get anything out the door.
Same here, good advice. When I ordered the Speedymoto belt covers they shipped them the same day and arrived in two days. They don't stock any of the Rizoma stuff which is understandable so you gotta wait for it to come in from Italy. Worth the wait!I've learned it's best to check if the item is in stock before ordering. I waited 2 months for something I could have had in 2 days.
Front exhaust pipe has to be removed. Its super easy, two nuts. How do you go about removing the timing belt cover? I can get the top piece off easily but the front seems blocked by the exhaust. Do you really have to take off the exhaust to get it the front piece out?
