The ones I've seen haven't been chrome, but really polished aluminum. My favorite (embedded somewhere here on the forums) was one where all the Classic fenders and side panels were buffed and polished to a mirror shine. Looked SO incredibly good!!!
Chrome Side Panel on Full Throttle - Anyone Seen One?
This is something I want to do, but I want to see if anyone out there has seen this done yet. I can't tell if the chrome panels they have on their website is shiny or brushed either.

Ah yes! The mirrored one is what I'm talking about. I'm wondering if that would look good on the matte black of the FT. I would need to replace the seat too in that case.

I had chrome panels on order since March, the latest from Ducati is they are not available til late September. Order cancelled, comfort seat on the way instead.
