I tried to go in Melbourne when it first started but apparently my Triumph Tiger was not a suitable bike so they missed out on my money.

Mine does I've ridden the last three years. The were a few scramblers

I think it depends on the organiser - in Hobart they just asked that the group let the older bikes lead so as to manage speed etc. the newer bikes just followed.
The theme for the day is old bikes and dressing in tweed so that’s worth noting.

Wollongong is the same . Although I was buzzed by an old guy on a 1915 ISH triumph. He's wasn't much younger
