will probably rip around NYC with it and maybe head up to Bear Mountain as well.
Can you get across to Pitlochry ? head for Crianlarich and into Great Western road from the Milngavie side. Not a single mile on motorway.I've spent the last 15 minutes playing around with Google Maps and have found a route that gets me down to about about 3 or 4 miles of motorway getting out of Glasgow and another 2 couple of miles on the M90. I'll settle for that.
Actually there isn't much motorway in Scotland away from the central belt but the main road north, the A9, is dual carriageway all the way to Perth
That sounds like a plan.Aye, I could Hui but entirely in the wrong direction for me. I'm situated about 15 miles north of Dundee on the East. I'm reckoning on heading from Glasgow through Kirkintilloch, then Bonnybridge and on to the Kincardine Bridge. From there across Fife to Dundee, then I have about 12 miles of dual carriageway for the last bit and I can avoid 7 miles of that if I take a 5 mile detour.![]()
