I think they might set it up to still be somewhat versatile. They're using a new frame here from the looks of it, and it looks like aside from the rear license plate holder that there's a fair amount of clearance. Maybe it is adjustable?

I am not saying that it will not be versatile by no means, I just don't think that "Dual Sport" is the right nomenclature. When I think Dual Sport, I think GS:
