Exceeded my expectations. The seat was deconstructed and the yellow panels replaced with black alcantera material. The windscreen is the OEM one from Ducati.

Very nice! As an aside, I'm near certain I've read good results using vinyl paint to cover the yellow.

I was looking to do this in reverse having a red panel added to my comfort seat but in the end I've kept the comfort seat as is and cut down the original seat, STS re-sculptured and added foam then made a new black cover with red piping and stitching for £80 with a 12 month guarantee. You can see it on his Facebook page. I cannot post any photos at the moment but hope to do so in the near future.
