I've got a 2015 Scrambler full throttle and have put about 3000 miles on it in the last 2 years. Just moved to Italy and have to keep the bike outside. Ever since leaving it outside, the bike seems to have started leaking more and more. I found a thread about a leak caused from the welds on the bottom of the tank and a "vacuum" that has caused holes but I'm looking for a solution. The previous owner removed the evaporation canister and plugged both lines with screws, but that has never been an issue until now that I leave the bike outside.

I'm not extremely savvy with motors so any advice would be greatly replaced. Thinking of letting the tank run dry and then applying JB weld to the bottom where the holes are, but how can I make sure this doesn't happen again? Should only one ventilation tube be plugged? Or both? or none? After a hot day I hear the tank sound like its trying to relieve pressure but I'm not sure what's causing that or how to fix it. I can post pictures if it helps.
