Mine indicates right under 6000 RPM. It's fine except I'm still breaking in the engine. The bike vibrates less than most other bikes I've owned, so it's tolerable for me.

Mine is the same, no surprise there! I've thought about dropping a couple of teeth on the rear already. Mine is super smooth at all revs :)

It's a bit too under geared for my liking, I'll be going down 2 teeth on the rear sprocket.

It's nothing like a Harley. It idles at 1600 RPM and actually gets out of the way when you turn the right hand grip. In every way, shape, and form, it is better than any Harley I've ever been on including the XR1200 and the V-Rod.

Nice to see Renthal list options already! I'll be giving them a call. Dropping a couple of teeth or so will also calm the throttle as well ;-)

Mine is very smooth at all speeds/ revs, I do have a little problem though, :( seems like 7 th gear is missing on mine, :eek: I must try and engage it on every ride :rolleyes:
