Hahaha. Who is going to risk the $170? It would be nice of Ducati to provide images of the part installed, especially for the outrageous prices they ask for their accessories.

From what I can tell, they look a little smaller and shorter than the stock signals. I might go for it if my dealer is willing to order a set for me to look at first.

They are $169 at pure-ducati.com, just like everywhere else. I'm not sure what you bought.

I've asked the guys at AMS Ducati to get me a picture of them on the bike, I'll post it if they do. They have them in stock, but they have never installed them on a bike there.

I have some as well but got mine fitted on the bike when I bought it. Is it possible to remove the spacers? I agree with JaFlo it would look better if they weren't so wide.

I was going to post pictures of mine but won't bother now these are on the site :)

Very bright, just as bright as the stock indicators if not more so. I have a mate with stock indicators I will try and take a photo of both side by side for comparison. The only issue is you can't see them well from the side, stock indicators can be seen from the side more but these LEDs are forward and back only firing.

I was considering R&G aero indicators as they have an LED on the side but fitting put me off due to lifting the tank and there was uncertainty over whether resistors were required or not.

I got mine fitted on the new bike so fitting was free. Although the aeros are half the price, if you factor the fitting, adapters and resistors they come out the same.

I may change to them later though as I start doing more.

Got the comfort seat today as well, looks better than expected.

I know on the US models the factory front turn signals have spacers to make them DOT compliant. Removing the spacer just required removal of the bolt. The spacer comes out and the indicator can be fitted back on the bike with a shorter bolt.

It looks like these LED indicators have the same type of spacer installed to make them DOT compliant.

Was it pretty much a swap, an easy plug and play?

Haven't seen anything on light install, so just curious how much work is needed to do this. Love the look.

I got mine done by the garage before I picked the bike up. I am sure PigDog can comment on personal experience.

I did some research and decided to let the garage do it (free fitting). The rear is supposed to be pretty easy but I believe the front requires lifting the tank as the connector is underneath. I believe they are just plug in with a possible setting change for LED on the speedo/computer to make them flash correctly.

I have read conflicting stories about non-oem indicators needing adaptors and resistors so that put me off them a little.

In the UK the legal width limit is 240mm apart so removing the spacers would be less than that however it is not checked in the vehicle inspection so apart from maybe not being as safe/visible there should be no problem removing them.

Here's some pictures of mine showing on and off. It's hard to show brightness in photos but when you are in the beam they are very bright.

Also shown with stock seat and the comfort seat which just arrived a few days ago. I will start a new thread on the seat though.
