Handlebar Bag Suggestions That Are Reasonable Cost Wise?

2286 Views 13 Replies 5 Participants Last post by  El Toro
I like the look of the official Ducati Scrambler Bag but at 79.00 US that seems a bit ridiculous for what it is. Along with the 150.00 Hoodies and 115.00 Tee Shirts.

Has anyone found one that fits well other then this one? I don't mind spending money but every time I look at the "official" Ducati accessories I get the feeling of being pick pocketed.

I did decide to order one of those off Amazon Prime, got a decent price and it looks well made.

Yep seems very well made. I should have mentioned it does not have internal pockets but it is no big deal to me.

Thanks Tony, that's ok with me too, a bag should be just that simple and easy I have my side bags for other items as well but the handlebar bag is handy for bridge tolls and garage door opener.

This is your first Ducati isn't it? :D
don't bother with the ducati bag, its small and not very well made. waste of 80 bucks. I don't mind paying for quality but so far all the accessories for this bike is junk

my exact points to their wind fairing, when it was actually in my hands; largest pisstake in 2-wheel history, up there anyway... material and labour was less than a greenback, hipsters be buying i suppose; was slightly offended they would consider marketing the frisbee feeling injection molded rubbish.

This is what I have been seeing so far as well. I completely agree with that and in turn can't even begin to imagine that ANY hoodie is worth 150.00 that is just ridiculous, period. That seems to cascade into their other accessories, I don't care if it's Ducati or Donald Duck, ripping off people is just not cool and thats what it is to me. If you need more proof look at the cost of carbon fiber tank panels. 800.00??? OH PLEASE.

They're blatantly ripping off people with the prices of what I've seen so far thats not a great way to keep new customers.

I attach it to the points where the crossbar brackets meet handlebar. You could attach it over the black rubber straps that hold the cables so it does not slip but 3rd middle bag strap is not much use anyway

If people are stupid enough to pay it then let them :)
