Has anyone managed to fit the accessories bag to a Full Throttle (or other version, but with FT bars)? Can the cross brace be fitted to the FT bars? Is that required to attach the bag?

Great questions. I have just bought the bag and am looking at the cross bar, so I would love an answer also.

Sounds like you can provide the answers.

Thinking about it, the cross bar may not fit as the FT bars are tapered and the cross brace probably needs parallel tubing to clamp onto. It is possible to get braces to fit tapered bars, but I somehow doubt the Ducati accessory will fit. Hope I'm wrong though.

Has anyone fitted the accessory cross-brace to the FT bars? Traceyleep, can you attach the bag just to the bars, without any cross-brace? If this is possible them whether the cross-brace fits is a moot point.
The bag does not use the crossbar so you can dispense of purchasing it, cant say if it fits the FT bar but I think it should, I still have the standard bar fitted.
Looking at this thread:-

Anybody have or seen Handlebar bag?

Looks like the bag will simply attach to the bars and not need the cross-brace.

Traceyleep, can you just try that and confirm it can be attached to the FT bars?

Posts crossed. Thanks for that. Just need to ascertain if it will fit ok to the FT bars.
After checking with my mechanic he has said that it won't fit the FT, so stopped the purchase of the bag and am looking at other alternatives. Probable a little footnote on the scrambler accessories page from Ducati would help...
Does anyone know if that tiny bag is waterproof?

The Ducati performance handlebar bag should fit. Selling mine to buy the Scrambler one. Has never been used on the bike

Comes with a waterproof cover
The Scrambler handlebar bag came today. Very nicely made and goes onto the bike in seconds using 2 velcro straps and a further strap using d loops that sits at rear of bag but secure enough to just use the velcro straps. Holds just what I need, baseball cap, Galaxy S6 phone, Garmin Zumo 390 and garage door remote with house keys. Glad I decided to sell the Ducati Performance handlebar bag I had previously as this looks better, is a better size and far quicker to attach/detach. I will keep the detachable strap and waterproof cover under the seat :)
I have had the bag for a while. It attaches via three velcro straps around the bars at the sides and bottom. The cross bar is not needed.
I did end up getting the bag and it is very cute. Although not big enough for my girlie wallet, phone, glasses and lipgloss. But it still looks good on the bike.
I put my garage door opener and my phone in it. That's about all I use it for.
Does it block the odometer at all? Doe anyone have a picture of what it actually looks fitted on the bike? Thanks.
No it doesnt block but you need the standard Bar, if you have the FT handle its of no use.

Thank you. Is it easy to remove and install (Like when you stop)?
Also, how does the front protection shield work for you?

The bag is very easy to take on and off. I do no longer bother using the 3rd attachment strap which is on the rear and just leave it coiled up. The 2 remaining straps that go on the handlebars take seconds to fit securely.

The Dart screen works very well and though it does detract from looks a lil I would rather have it then not as I ride on faster roads over 75 often and it stops me getting hit in chest by wind at higher speeds. If I never went over 60 mph I would not need it.
