How badly damaged as you can weld aluminium even cast but you may have to fill and dress and repaint it if not use jb weld. Show us some pics first.
Pretty, I enlarged the hole for the turn signals (11mm) then I fitted it and as dumb I am I tight it to much till it totally cracked.

If it is cracked it could be plastic welded. Have a look locally for someone who repairs motorcycle fairings.
I think is aluminum and is also pretty big...
Probably as suggested I just cut the part where were the old holes, make a new piece and attach them and finally cover the new holes I made then repaint.
