Has anybody tried replacing the scrambler headlight ???

I love this look and would gladly swap the OEM headlights out .

Any pros and cons i should be aware off ???

It's pretty unique. I've seen it before but not on a scrambler. I voted YES if that's something YOU like. It's ultimately up to you.

I love the looks. Thing is you got to fabricate one. Simply draw out a plan. ;-)

Did you have to swap any brackets or was it a straight swap... no fabrication or wiring needed?

Looking at the back of the MattGecko light, it appears to be a perfect straight swap. No brackets or adapters needed.

I'm interested as well. The price of these is certainly okay, way cheaper than buying replacement headlight unit from Ducati.
They also appear to have a unit coming this month for my Triumph Tiger.

Also interested in some dimensions off the back... to see if it would fit as is to the 1100? I think not as I think the 1100 has 5 wires and an auto light sensor..

If you go the the web site there are photos of the back of the unit. it appears to be identical to the OEM light with the exact same plug.

Yes - but 1100 is slightly different.... hence the request for some dimensions...

Electrical plug is on the right with 5 wires.

Mounts using the same style pivot mechanism... but may well be at different position.

So photos of the back with key dimensions would be good..
