If you prefer wire wheels over spokes go that route first then change the lesser parts like colour if you hate it. Bonus of UE is wire wheels £864, bash plate £95 , wire grill £150, brown seat same price as icon seat , £1100 extra to do on an icon minimum and UE is £1000 more than Icon. Wheels don't include the tyres or discs etc I believe so no doubt if putting them on an Icon will involve more labour costs and tubes etc too.
