Hey all, I had an idea that I wanted some feedback on.

Does anyone think its possible to kind of take a scrambler frame/engine, and kind of turn it into more of a cruiser?

Maybe with a taller front fork and fabrication done on the frame to extend it further back so that the seat can be a bit further back and the foot controls are in more of a forward position?

Let me know your guys' thoughts

I agree to K1W1. In such case I would sell my scrambler and buy a cruiser - the design concept is different from starting to build frame, engine, suspension a.s.o.

Yeah thats all fair and true, idk i just think itd be cool to be able to take the frame and not change it much at all, and just kind of build upon it. I love the character of the engine and alot of cruisers arent as fun as the scrambler, But yeah, like swapping the forks out for a longer one, like the multistrada, and grabbing foot pegs from a diavel. Pretty much just make a parts bin cruiser.

The Harley-Davidson Street Rod is probably the closest thing to a non-Diavel Ducati Cruiser there is, and is really fun.

I know Diavel was touted as a cruiser upon it's release...but it isn't at all.

Cruise Missile...yes.

XDiavel? Has an identity crisis (IMHO)...

Making a cruiser from a Scrambler?

Just buy a Sportster and keep the Scrambler as it is.
