What do you think about instslling a chain tensioner?

I don't really see the interest for a chain tensioner on a Scrambler.

A chain tensioner is useful for a bike where the chain needs to be loosely set up to allow large displacement of the swingarm. The Scrambler hasn't got such a large displacement and the relative positions of the axle of the swingarm and the front sprocket doesn't create a huge difference on chain tension when the swingarm moves.

So, imho, there's no use for a chain tensioner.
