Some weeks ago, a member posted a suggestion for reducing handlebar vibration by inserting washers under the mounting points. Although I intend replacing the grips with Progrip gels, and adding Grip Puppies, too, if necessary, I would like to try the 'anti vibration washer' dodge , and would appreciate its re-posting by the member who first thought of it, or anyone who has filed it.
Another lost post concerned a conversion of the under seat release to a side release: I cannot find the original post or the photos showing how it was carried out. This is a useful modification, in my view, as the hugger does not stop the caking of the under seat area by mud. Again, I should be grateful for the re-sharing of the information.
