I hear it on mine. It's really noticeable on my FT with blipping the throttle at a stop. I now consider it part of the character of the bike. At first it really had me wondering what was loose but then I put my leather glove on them and blipped it again to see the sound difference. Reminds me of a dry clutch on my ol 996 so I left it alone. lol

Shrink wrap wont hold up over time. The best fix is to simply bend the mounting loops - further out away from the pipes - with a pair of pliers. As long as the springs bodies are positioned further out and don't make contact with the pipe - there will be no noise.

I'll do the test on next ride. I also ear this sound of dry clutch, as on my ST2, but I thought it was really coming from the clutch. Thinking Ducati was really brilliant to provide an oiled clutch with the sound of a dry clutch :D
