Yes they are there as Shamone has said, though no one on the stand could tell me why the 400 is almost a £1,000 cheaper in Europe than the UK. It's got nothing to do with the old excuse of the steering wheel being on the wrong side, as with a car has it. :dontknow:

The flat track is not at the show, in fact the whole scrambler stand is very very poor compared to last year , they only have an urban enduro and a red icon with about 3k worth of accessories on it including an ohlin rear shock, they also have the 62's
Overall the show is a bit of a let down really , the new 1200 triumphs look disappointing , so does the new Yamaha xsr or whatever it's called , mind you the Kenny Roberts colours certainly lift it, the only bike that sort of grabbed me was the new bmw scrambler it does look superb and a right head turner ,

They had a dealer from Sheffield selling a load of t shirts etc but no parts whatsoever. Was hoping to pick up some chrome panels of the small screen
Funny you would have thought they'd try to capitalise on an event such as M/C Live? Interesting that they have an Icon with an Ohlins shock - like they admit the stock suspension isn't the greatest :D

I don't think that motorcycle manufacturers are aloud to sell at the show, Show being the operative word but clothing, helmets, after market accessories etc can be purchased from independent traders.

At least that's my understanding.

Maybe you are correct as this is an extract from Motorcylelive website Scrambler Ducati page, likely they were told no selling...

The Ducati Scrambler will feature on a dedicated stand with a selection of clothing and accessories and Ducati Scrambler clothing will also be available to purchase on the main Ducati stand. For further information visit www.scramblerducati.com

It's quite complicated purchasing a stand, they charge you extra for retail, and extra if you need a 13 amp plug, but you can't plug your vacuum cleaner in, that has to be done by the cleaners and they charge extra for that

Like i said it gets complicated and very expensive, my friend is going to have all the stuff at the show but will have to post it out to the customers every evening, last year they cut his plug off his vacuum cleaner,

I must say the show gets smaller every year, and the prices get higher, £12 to park your car is outrageous IMHO, :(

Yeah stupid prices. Instead of going and wasting near enough 40 quid for ticket, parking and gas I got some stuff for the garage instead in the Black Friday mayhem :)

Gone are the days of getting great deals at the show. I was after a new dainese textile jacket, and it was exactly the same price as it is in the UK shops! I can get it shipped from Motocard in Europe for £40-£50 cheaper
