Received my Sargent after ordering Black Friday. Very happy! Looks great (I was a little worried I might miss the brown seat color) and is super comfortable.

It sits quite a bit lower than the stock seat, so a new storage tray is needed. This comes free from Sargent.

I honestly wished it had been taller than the stock seat, but I'm not too disappointed.

Quite a bit more comfortable than stock! The Classic seat is extremely hard and I've found doesn't suit me very well. Even though the riding position is comfortable, my butt was telling me to stop after only 30 to 45 minutes of riding. Not anymore!

Got a quick ride in to test it out, but 29 degrees Fahrenheit is a bit cold for me

The only downside, aside from being an inch or so shorter, is that the new seat doesn't have a spot to stick the tool bag. I'll just throw it in my saddlebag, but it might just barely fit in the new storage tray. It would be a tight fit though. Overall very glad I made this purchase!

Beautiful seat Jay, and looks great on the bike. Would your tools fit if you ditched the Ducati pouch and used a ziplock bag or some such to spread them out a bit?

Thanks very much to you both! I think the tools would fit without the bag they come in. I'm not too worried about it as I have the bag with me often, but it's a little disappointing. The seat DOES come with a high powered flashlight as well though, with a spot for that to clip onto the underside of the seat as well.
