Maybe,,, but I look at this pic and think that considering the impact, there looks like minimal damage to the rest of the bike.
It could be a good thing that the OEM forks have reasonable limits within their design ?

It would be interesting to know how the damage occurred, and the speed of the collision, to gauge the strength of the forks.
