Northeast / Cumbria Ride Out?

Not sure on how many members we have on here spread over the northeast and Cumbria? But I figured now would be a good time to try and organise some sort or group ride out in the spring. Iirc there is another meeting / ride out going on over Wales on 4th of March so I thought it might be cool to arrange it for the same day and have a couple of Scramblerforum ride outs running together?

Very loose plans and route I'd suggest are :-
Northeast bikers meet at Durham Services.
Ride via Barnard castle and Hartside (A68) to Penrith.
Meet the Cumbria bikers at Rhegged Services on the A66
Either head from there in to the Lakes? Or pick up the old roman road towards Hexham / Corbridge.
Northeast bikers leave the Cumbrian bikers around the Durham area.
Cumbrian bikers head home via the same Barnard Castle and Hartside loop.
That loop will be approx 180 miles and is a fantastic ride out, it's one I do regularly on my own infact.

As mentioned above, that is a very loose plan and I'm open to other route and date suggestions if you have any?

List of those with initial interest.
