Do they include the running light upgrade and dual load equalizer?

They dont. Its just the blinkers, some shrink tubing and small zip ties.

The dual load equalizer is NOT required for the scrambler. The snap on blinkers blink at the normal oem speed.

Ahhh, even if you want to run both the stock blinkers together with the snap on ones? To much lighting is never enough when it comes to car drivers seeing you. Thanks.
