I used this self-adhesive soft vinyl for several enhancements:
2 Pack Lifesafe Black Textured Vinyl Slip Resistant Step Strip 6 x 21 eBay

Used for mudguards (along with other materials), detail on front gas tank tabs, Dragon-S design on rear

I also used this stuff:
Cowles T5602 Edge Trim - 8 in. - Black Buy Online and Save

Used around side panels, lower edge of gas tank, mudguards

Front mudguard is a sandwich of self-adhesive vinyl with 3-M double sided adhesive tape in the middle.
Trimmed on sides with edge molding.
If it detaches, no worries...nothing to create any damage to tires or bike.

Rear mudguard is 1/4 inch thick aluminum plate with a layer of self-adhesive vinyl on inner aspect. (also a bit on outer aspect below plate & the Dragon-S sticker is cut-out from this material-gives a slightly raised look)
Trimmed on sides with edge molding.

Luggage Attachment Rings under pillion seat are made from welded rings and nylon webbing straps held with SS hardware.

Frame hole plugs are from here: Corsair Industries Ducati Frame Plug

Levers Pazzo long, (Go-Cruise throttle holder, Throttle-Rocker-removable as needed)

GPS mount is a RAM ball mount on handle bar

OEM belly pan

Termi slip-on

Dart Flyscreen will be available soon (Midnight version)

Heated Grips have been on order since I ordered the bike (still waiting)

I also have plans to redesign the seat...
Adding padding/height and enlarging scooped rider section and raising pillion above rider slightly...

plans for suspension upgrades are also in the works.

All I can say is you're an inspiration Ogre to many! Now if I can only get my rear fender screw to go back into its frame spot I would be happy :)

Cool seat Ogre, watch it doesn't bite your butt :D
Thanks/thanks 4 the warning too ;-)

I'm pretty happy with it but the top material is a bit slippery with textile pants. Jury is out on that needing further work. It is not vinyl but another material (I forgot what he told me) that is not supposed to get as hot sitting in the sun.

I have room to move into several positions fore/aft more like a dirt bike seat.

It is significantly higher and improves my leg position, less cramped and can still (just) flatfoot both feet @ a stop.

Arm postion also seems more relaxed.

The raised pillion step provides a mini backstop.

Cool.

Never seen a blue gator though. Have you perched a pillion on it yet.
Nice to see something custom.
Yes they are endangered and the FBI now has me on their "most wanted" list ;-)

No pillion rider yet but I did get on the back myself, just to give it a try. I think she will like it. I won't be home for a week and the duffle bag is riding pillion now.

The frame plugs you are using, they are the 24mm correct?
If u look @ this link...

Corsair Industries Ducati Frame Plug

They call it the 28 mm version.

28 mm outside diameter,

22.5 to 24.5 inner diameter range.

But I found them a little lacking in tightness, with the supplied rubber o-rings.

I replaced my o-rings with a slightly larger thikness and diameter. Now they really tighten firmly.

At the moment, I'm in Utah & my Scrambler is in PA.

So no pics until I get home again.

Seat shape has been tweaked and top is now leather and some closer angles of suspension:

I think I like this seat shape more! The previous version just seemed so blocky atop the Scrambler, it became a somewhat jarring and overwhelming focal point. Now it fits better in the overall design of the bike, plus we can appreciate the blue snakeskin better.
