Use Aliexpress from time to time. Everything I have purchased has arrived in good time and has been as described. I think the only thing you need to do is be careful about the quality aspect. Don't buy the cheapest or you will get the cheapest in quality.

BTW: The same levers that you mentioned are AUS$1.50 less expensive on eBay. Always compare the two for like for like products.
