Hi All
interested to hear if anyone has had success wrapping or painting their tank panels.
I'm considering going for black and wondered if DIY possible rather than paying for Ducati black panels.
Thanks.

I did a black vinyl wrap on my tank panels on my Icon. Looked good for 2 years, then I sold it. It was pretty easy, and I just used cheap matte finish from Amazon. I prefer it to paint because is super cheap, diy, and it's easy to undo or change colors later.

I think I'm going to try this .. it's non-destructive and I can just undo it if it goes wrong.
Any tips??

I'd read online about vinyl wrapping. I used a hair dryer along the way to make the material softer and more stretchy. Take your time and be patient.

Here is how mine turned out:

That looks really good ... nice work...
Which tail tidy and screen is that?

I've got LEDs, Comfort seat, and R&G tail tidy on the way ..
Got a rack as well ... but in two minds about getting that installed.
