Honestly right now I am so happy with it I really don't want to do much. I am considering a couple things to reduce a few pounds. A lithium battery for one and (a tail tidy?) getting rid of that arm that carries the tag and relocating it.
I'm not saying I won't make mods but I'll hold off for the time being. I'll watch you and some others make mods and probably change my mind Haha. For now I'm just gonna ride.

I wouldn't change to much - if anything. She's a beauty right the way she is. Even the numberplate is part of Ducati history. It is dedicated to Bruno Spaggiari, who, in 1968 , drove the "Mototemporada Romagnola" on a Ducati 350 Scrambler.

I wasn't sure if I liked the mirrors or not either at first. I thought they looked good but that they might be in the way. After a few days of riding I'm accustomed to them and will keep as is. I remember seeing a road test somewhere on the Web where the mirrors had been swapped left to right and inverted. Looked really good imo but not sure how well they would work. Seems to me my forearms would block their use. I may try it out thou.

I personally like the mirrors. But i was also thinking flipping the mirrors like the Scrambler Italia below..

Thanks ash73. According to the Shorai website you save 5.3 lbs.

I got one as soon as I could too. Was so excited to pick mine up as soon as that glorious call came.

Anyway first thing I did was ditch those grips. OD was too small and no cushion under the palms. Went with some Biltwell thrusters in ox blood. Safety wire for the look. I flipped my mirrors and will be shedding one as soon As I turn up my bronze bar end. I am turning some bronze frame plugs right now too, just working through the final design that is visible. I very much want to get a fender eliminator, trying to decide between what is out there or laser scan rear turn signal bracket and design something one off that can also narrow the turns up and bring them in board. Also went with some Pazzo shorty adjustable levers in titanium with gold knobs. Still working out the rest of the small details.
