I have a new to me '15 Scrambler. It was shipped to my home earlier this week. As I sort it out, I noticed that the brake pedal seems to be positioned under the bike more so than under the foot peg. Before I contact the shipper, do these photos of the brake pedal look like right to you or is it bent?

100% has been bent inwards. Bike could have been dropped by previous owner or the bike has been leaning on something during shipping.

The lever should run pretty much straight all the way along.

Easy fix. Bend it out. The material they select bends easily and doesn't work harden so it won't fatigue or fail or snap with bending back.

For sure, it's bent. Its inner part should be parallel to the bike axis.
You can unbent it very easily and without any risk, it's made of a soft metal.
