What a week!
Started off from home no heated grips, that is the start button doubles up as on /off heated grips. Then left side of handlebar mode switch on multi for sport/touring ect not working. Mmm then I stop for fuel bike in neutral, when flick the slide button to uncover stray button bike started without me pressing the start button!
So I went to my lovely Neil at Cornerspeed Sutton in Ashfield en route SMC. Fault with start switch , new one ordered under warrantee bike only 5 months old.
Switch now working after a little play with it

Yep hopefully sorted. Had something else like loss of power and red flash of light around the circulate mode display. It would appear it was traction control kicking in scared the living daylight a out of me!!!
Of same sort of push down start button on the MT09 has just been replaced! That bike only 4 months old!! I say bring back simple keys
