Does anyone have a solution for a fender to keep from getting roosted with water? or am i just stuck with the stock one?

Okay. For what it's worth, my Urban Enduro came with an NRC eliminator installed by the previous owner. I didn't have any problems with it, but I put the stock UE fender back on anyway because I like the way it looks better. Getting roosted is definitely a sacrifice you make with a fender eliminator. After all, that's what a fender is designed to protect from.

I ride in some pretty crazy florida storms on my UE in the summer and the stock fender helps out a bit. Sometimes it's so wet that I catch it from every angle and the fenders don't matter, but in a steady downpour my back is usually the driest part of my gear when I get home.

I was expecting so, neither did my R1100GS, G650XChallenge or DR650.... (all three with a properly mounted license plate).

Just the nature of having a high, short rear fender ....

(but we don't want a Hando Pacific Coast either)
