After putting mine to lowest setting there was a big difference. After adding an M Shock difference is hugeI felt the same way about the rear shock, was not a comfortable ride on any sort of bumpy road. I didn't think to adjust it and it made a world of difference to me once I did but still may order a replacement in the future.
If my reading of the owners manual is correct, the shock is not adjustable with the exception of preload. I'll try cranking that back a bit this week.I felt the same way about the rear shock, was not a comfortable ride on any sort of bumpy road.
