I have Just ordered my custom seat from Sargent today. I am hoping that this will make the bike feel like it should. Stock FT seat kills after about 80 miles, not fun riding side saddle on the twisties but I still like the looks.
When Chuck comes back with is review I hope its favorable.

Seat is appx 2" wider measured 12" from front and very little slope, same height. It has a real "saddle" feel. Will ride for 200-300 miles for true review. Initial impressions, good.
What is the measurement from the nose of the seat to the 'hump'? I find my Mustang seat area a little short for complete comfort although much better than the oem Classic seat, which began to be painful after only 30 miles or so. I think I may have been spoiled by the Ducati Performance gel seat on my DS, which gives a longer seating area, and much wider at the rear.

12.5" to base of hump.
