No.
That's a big part of owning a bike to me, being able to modify it to my own taste, admitted it can become very expensive, but it doesn't all have to be done in one go does it,I did buy a Scrambler and love it but the cost of modding it would be a lot more than buying a higher spec factory version.
I wouldn't have thought they'd bring out an 821 considering the Scrambler is 803? Wouldn't be much point surely .. I've done some mods on mine which make it (hopefully) pretty darn perfect for me. Depends on what you want to do re mods, as to total cost - the main important (and expensive) ones for me have been the suspension, I also had the seat resculpted, which has cost me just over £1k. There isn't a bike out there of the same spec, aesthetics, and size, which exists for me!I really love my new scrambler and am very glad I chose it, Was considering a Multistrada which is at the other end of the range but love the lite weight, nimble and easy to deal with nature of the Scrambler. That being said before I start pouring money into mods I would hope that in the not too distant future Ducati will offer a premium Scrambler with 821 motor, Olins and forged wheels. Anyone have thoughts on if or when?
