This was on my wife's 2016 Scrambler Icon but she did not find it comfortable so I took them off and put the stock back on

The plate bolts directly to the stock handlebar mount so you can use clip on style bars. They put your hands in a more naturally aggressive position for sport riding. Width is easily adjustable by moving the bar in our out of the clamp.

I believe they only go one way
They may be a little lower than the one in the pic because the adapter plate replaces the handlebar clamp but in the pic it looks like they went on top of it

Who makes this adapter plate or the brand name of it? I'd like to check and see if it will fit a stock 1100. Need to check if the bolt pattern matches exactly.

Not sure who makes it, was on the bike when we got it.
It bolts on in place of the sock handlebar bracket 36011752AA, which is #20 in the below diagram. I checked and it looks like the part number for the 1100 is different so my guess is that it may not work
