Today I got mine through regular mail. Has anyone here got it too? It came with a PR letter congratulating me for my bike and info about it (VIN, Ducati Code, etc). Also it was in Spanish hehe.

Mine came yesterday too - 7 months later than the bike..

Mine arrived 5 months later.

A friend got the bike first and hasn't got the card yet. He sent an email to Ducati and today they called him apologizing and let him know that they will proceed to send them his card right away.

Here it is, from Ducati Scrambler message:

I notified Ducati that I had bought a pre-owned Scrambler in Jan 2016, they transferred the ownership details and sent me a replacement card in March.
