I hope so too Jerry, ;)
Possibly Jerry, But I felt by far the worst part was the rear shock/damper, I felt it on the test bike before I ordered my Icon, In my opinion the rear starts to buck then the front follows, It was my aim to sort out the rear first and then see where it goes when thats sorted, we shall see,
They were spot on at Nitron, wanting to know if I carried a pillion, (which I don't ) my weight with my gear on, and what type of roads/ riding I do, and would I use it off road etc, I was very impressed, I think they could get a few orders from our forum members in the future,
ps, I did ask if I could have a yellow spring o_O no sorry we don't do yellow :(
They don't do yellow, I suppose it's not to copy competitors. Did they offer any other colour or is it just blue ?
It won't be too difficult to change if not. I've done a few because they've been scruffy (project bikes)

As for the tyres, I think they are great. really neutral feel good wet or dry. Not sure how long they will last as at the weekend a few friends mentioned that the rear seemed to be wearing fast
That reminds me of when I picked up my MT01, the shop owners son said "that thing 's going to chew back tyres"
I said "I bloody hope so !"

I found a cure for the hard suspension on sunday......ride it like you stole it :D
You could have a bit of truth there, the suspension will sag and break-in like any other moving part. I lowered a brand new Bandit for someone, after three years it had softened enough that I had to raise it again. All be it not back to standard but in-between.
The seat will soften quite a bit too.

Something else worth noting, my Scrambler came with the rear tyre pressure set at the two-up 42psi. I run my tyres set at 36+36. (2.5+2.5 bar). Sometimes 32psi rear works best for me.
