I filled mine in a while back, you need to be registered with Ducati to do it ;-)

Yes I filled mine in right after I picked up my Scrambler in May or whenever that was.

Filled in first questionnaire then three month one last week. They seem to want feedback just hope it influences the mark 2 version taking the owners views into consideration.
