What cost can I expect for a yearly service ? Only done 1050 miles, I heard that you don't need to t the oil and filter changed. Also what is the best chain lube to use, this is my first bike with a chain.

If you want to have the least effort looking after a chain I can highly recommend a Scot-oiler. I always fit them to my bigger bikes and never have problems. I have found over the thousands of miles and many years that setting the drip to much less than recommended works a treat and a three thousand mile tour uses around half a standard reservoir so the next time round I will be buying the smaller reservoir.

The oil and filter should be changed at 7,500 miles or annually, whichever comes first. If I remember correctly Ducati Glasgow charged me around £150 for the oil service. Something I could have done myself for about £50.

Hui's advice about the chain is good.
