Remember this guy? Well, it looks like they were finally able to link him to both the Hooligan gang from the Bay Area known as Bay Area Supermoto (BASM) and the 5.0. Turns out... He is, or WAS a sheriff for the Marin County Dept. According to KPIX CBS San Francisco, the department no longer lists him as being active, or really at all on their roster.
Betty Yu was able to find him out in public and he just hid his face and tried to get away from her as quick as he could. Check out the story here:
