Well amazingly for me ... it all seemed to go on too easily and without anything going wrong....

Didn't bother with the kickstand pad... not sure I'm ever going to park on gravel or mud..

also bought similar Billet Aluminium adjustable extendable folding Levers, but with Ducati logo. The production termination is 1st class, let see how long they last...

OK - first ride out today with new bits and levers on the bike ... a note of caution .. I was told my brake light was on all the time .. the reason - when I changed the brake lever there's a small piece of plastic between the lever and the brake light switch. I lost this piece.

It's the plastic cylinder in this photo:

Anyway - fixed this using a cut down plastic number plate bolt - fits perfect. Problem solved.

I am all for saving money. My FTP was dear enough but the oem extras and the non-Chinese ones are a rip off.

No ... not just you ... I've bought a bunch of Ducati stuff .. for the bits I think are unique and important to be OEM ..
- LEDs
- Mirrors
- Comfort Seat
- DS Throttle tube
- FT Bars
- Cafe Racer Termi Exhaust

then there are bits like I'm happy to be sourced elsewhere

I would hazard a guess they're using the same Chinese supplier ... looks to be the same.

Personally I used some threadlock when putting things back together.
