Put the bike on an paddock stand or something go and sit next to the bike and move the stand. At the swivel point (don't know if thats correct English) there must be a kind of a switch. See if it gets actuated and eventually adjusted it if needed. If that doesn't work there must be also a connector close to the swivel point of the stand. Unplug it and bridge the contact.
